It's really worth it for that price.

The hot water didn't work, I wasn't given mineral water even though I had reported it, I even asked for it myself when checking out, and even then it took a long time, the check out process also took a long time to be checked back in the room, the service was bad in my opinion.

It doesn't match what's in the photo, it's dirty, the mattress is thin and hard, my body actually feels itchy because the bed sheets aren't clean.

The room is really dirty. Not as pictured. Hot too. In less than 2 hours I came out because it was very uncomfortable.

It's a test of courage if you stay here 😂 After less than 10 minutes inside, I immediately came out. Moving to a hotel, I couldn't bear to see the dirty and dirty condition of the room. The air conditioner is hot, the bathroom is just like a terminal toilet, I didn't even have the heart to take a photo. "Maybe there's a price and there's a look," try to keep it clean. If you really want to stay overnight, this is not recommended. It's better to just stay at the hotel so you don't gamble 😅.

Sangat tidak rekomen, tidak sesuai foto pada aplikasi. Kamar mandi atap bolong, lantainya kotor, sprei bolong-bolong (akhirnya minta ganti) bed cover dan handuk dekil, kulkas ga dining, tempat cuci piring jorok, lemari dan laci banyak puntung rokok, kasur busa kempes bukan spring bed, harga 280rb dengan kamar seperti itu sangat-sangat mengecewakan, minta ganti kamar alasannya kamar full. Cukup pertama dan terakhir. Buat yang mau nginap baca review dulu. Terima kasih

The room is really dirty, trash everywhere, really don't recommend it, I've asked to change to another room, it's still the same, it seems like it's never been cleaned by them. Ask for a refund for 1 night but they don't want it. Really regret booking here. In other parts at this price at least the room is clean and not dirty!

Kamar bersih, rapi, tidak ada sisa sampah. Cuma petak kamar agak sempit, tidak ada cleaning service ataupun room service seperti hotel. Sama sekali nggak ada tempat sampah kecuali keluar kamar di lorong, maka kami pakai tas kresek dulu sementara untuk tempat sampah di dalam kamar. Ga ada sapu ijuk buat nyapu kamar juga. Kamar dapat yang mengarah ke pemandangan kota Tangerang Selatan yang sibuk penuh aktivitas warga sehari-hari. Toilet standard semua berfungsi, toilet duduk, jetspray dan shower. Saya dapat kamar di lantai 10. Wifi kamar bagus dan kencang. Di dekat apartement tower E ada tempat makan yang cukup enak dan ada minimarket juga laundry service. Di kamar mandi dalam kamar yang saya pesan tidak tersedia amenities ya. Macam sabun, shampoo, sikat dan pasta gigi tapi disediakan hanya 1 handuk mandi. Ada lemari es tapi kalau dicolokin ke listrik, langsung gak kuat listriknya jadi padam. Ada TV digital, bisa nyala dan buat nonton juga. Meteran listrik prabayar sudah berisi cukup token/kwh buat saya nginep 4 hari 3 malam. Ada kompor tapi nggak ada tabung LPGnya. Ada balkon tapi gak bisa jemur pakaian karena takut jemurannya terbang tanpa dijepit. Makasih Farida Property 🙏😚✨

The mattress is per doang, the bathroom is mossy, the place is dirty.

I'm very disappointed. It doesn't match the photo studio suite at Travelloka. The bathroom smells; The blanket has stains like blood and holes like cigarettes. The desk drawer was stained with cigarette butts. I have photo evidence.

Apartemen paling jelek paling parah yang pernah aku temui, masa kamar kursinya kursi kaya yang di gultik blok m, tembok item-item kamar mandi rusak parah, beda banget sama gambarnya, tertarik karena gambarnya alhasil cuma ngecek aja pengen tau kamarnya sebagus apa ternyata nihil banget asli, AC nya remotenya rusak.

Kamarnya beda dengan yang ada di foto promosi, lain kali taruh foto yang sesuai! Malah lemari baju 1 pintunya copot.

This is the first time I've stayed the place is this bad, it's dirty, the bathroom is dirty with worms, some lights don't turn on, there are no trash cans, mattress towels and others are not suitable for use.

Kita pilih hotel ini karena hotel lain sudah full. Pertama kali masuk, room tidak sesuai dengan foto yang di aplikasi. Kamarnya sumpek dan sangat kotor. Di lantai banyak rambut, sprei ada noda, banyak bekas botol minuman yang belum dibuang, air di wastafel juga tidak nyala. Akhirnya complain, dikasih room yang lain. AC nya tidak ada remote, dan ruangan banyak kecoak. Complain lagi, baru dikasih room yang sesuai dengan aplikasi, tapi keadaannya sama saja, kotor dan pengap. Kami putuskan untuk refund, tp ternyata tidak bisa. Akhirnya kami tidak jadi menginap di sana, dan diikhlaskan saja uangnya.

the toilet doesn't work, really bad

Dirty, smelly, the bathroom drain has a hole, the lid is closed with a brick, what apartment is rented out, the cupboard contains a lot of cigarette butts. The sheets and blankets were never cleaned.

Units are less tidy, equipment is less complete.

The place is dirty. Please pay attention to the cleanliness and facilities too, that price is not appropriate 🙏.
