What a beautiful intimate staycation!

It’s warm and pleasant. Gotta learn to deal with the shower heat though, but overall very good experience.

Comfortable, quiet, and full of activities for the kids. The rooms are spacious, too. I'll definitely stay here again if I ever come back to Bandung.

The sheets had quite a lot of damp/mildew-like stains, which was a bit unpleasant. When I first entered the bathroom, there was also a very strong smell, like it hadn’t been cleaned or scrubbed properly. While brushing my teeth, I noticed some dirt/residue (it seemed like mice poop?!) around the sink area as well. On top of that, the shower water pressure was really low, which was honestly quite frustrating.

So far, it's comfortable, but there are two downsides: no hairdryer or minifridge. Having one would be great, as we needed it after soaking in the water to dry our hair and to keep drinks cold. Everything else is fine, and the staff are all friendly.

Comfortable for family relaxation and close to the Lembang area.

It was an amazing stay at the Blackbird Hotel. Highly recommended for a staycation in Bandung.

To be honest, I followed gmaps and got lost on the way to the hotel. I wish I could reset the gmaps to show me the right way to the hotel. Luckily, I got the hotel's contact number and was guided by the very friendly staff (really appreciated it). Besides the staff's friendliness, I also really liked the spaciousness and atmosphere of the room and the hotel restaurant, which was very pleasant. For breakfast, there wasn't much variety and it wasn't very appealing. The water in the bathroom was very weak, just a trickle. I didn't understand how to wash my hair, so I had to wait a while to take a shower. Hopefully, this can be an input for suggestions for improvements to the toilet, thank you ❤️

Overall, it was good, but yesterday, we had to wait a while for the room to be ready, even though we had already confirmed it. We didn't check in until after 3:00. But the staff were all great.

Stayed here for 2 nights. I was a bit surprised to find the apartment right in front of the place (near the drop-off location). But it was still comfortable. However, if you're a light sleeper, I recommend using earplugs or choosing a room or apartment inside. The rest of the room was very nice, I think it's even better than the photos of the bed and living area. The toilet was okay. Overall, I recommend it, and I would stay again, but I'd save up or get a villa.

I was so happy to have a staycation at the Blackbird Hotel. There's a traditional market at night, so I didn't have to leave the hotel to find food. The food was all delicious, too. The best. I'll be back again.

From the service to the rooms, everything was perfect.

The place is quite comfortable, the rooms are quite clean, it's easily accessible on the roadside, and the service is pretty good. I only booked a room with a balcony, but this one didn't. The ambiance is quite pleasant, and it's away from the crowds. Breakfast is a buffet and quite tasty. 7/10.

The staff is nice, friendly, the hotel is comfortable, very clean.

The room smelled musty, and the bed and pillows were damp. It would be nice if the photos on the platform matched the real thing. I booked a room with a jacuzzi/bathtub, but when I got the room, it didn't.

Overall it's good, but there's no elevator, so those who get a room on the second floor have to carry their suitcases up the stairs.

Everything is very good, but the food is the best, you must try the food at the restaurant, breakfast is also good, besides breakfast, you can also have lunch and dinner at the restaurant, the jacuzzi is spacious enough for a group, all the staff are also fast and friendly.
