Spacious & clean room. Unexpectedly, we got direct access to the swimming pool. Minus: the mirror in the bathroom is too small & the door handle is peeling, it scratched my finger.

The night lighting to the villa is not bright enough for the elderly, we happened to get the villa at the end. The room is quite spacious and clean.

The hotel is actually nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, and it's nice that it's not next to the main road so it's quiet. But the wifi can't be used, the employees just don't know how to do it. Then the TV only has 1 channel. If the hot water functions well. Sorry, the breakfast is not delicious and it's too late (08.00-nan) so if you want to go early you won't be able to enjoy breakfast.

The place is comfortable, nice, like having your own private pool. But unfortunately the entrance to the hotel is very small.

Booking on the app delux room with pool view. When checking in there was no confirmation that the room we got was not the same as the one we booked. When we asked the staff said "the room with pool view is full" so we got a room with the view in the photo. There were lots of flies in the room and the mattress was not suitable because you could feel the springs on your back😂. There was no shampoo, the AC was not cold and the hand soap was empty. Check in at 4 pm check out at 9 because it was bothered by flies.

Tempatnya bersih sih. Bagus, tp pelayanan staf kurang ramah. Saya udah sering staycation tp di sini kurang ramah staf. Trus breakfast saya janji jam 8 jam 9 belum dateng juga. Anak anak sudah kelaparan. Pokoknya pelayanan kurang sih. Karena saya sering staycation jadi di sini kurang. Tolong perbaiki ya. No recomed sih menurut gw 😃.

Terlalu sepi, wastafel bocor, tidak ada kunci balkon belakang kami was was takut ada orang masuk ke dalam, kolam renang sangat kotor air butek.
