The hotel was quite clean. We booked a standard room, so we had to climb the stairs to the third floor; there's no elevator. There wasn't a kettle in the room for boiling water, but there was a gallon jug of drinking water downstairs. They provided two bottles of mineral water. The room had air conditioning, and the bathroom had a shower for hot water. The breakfast was simple but delicious.

Overall, this hotel is pretty good. There's no elevator, though, so going up and down from the third floor can be a bit of a pain.

Overall, our stay was pleasant, but there was a smoker in the hallway, so the smell lingered from night to morning. The menu was varied, including white rice, fried rice, fried vermicelli and sweet and sour tilapia, white bread, and green bean porridge.

The hotel is currently undergoing construction, but it's not too disruptive and still maintains cleanliness and guest comfort. Breakfast is limited, but commensurate with the price. The lakeside location offers breakfast with a lake view.

There are lots of ants in the room, the toilet is moving and the building is tilted.

For a hotel in Balige, it is quite nice, comfortable and clean, the breakfast is also delicious even though there are not many varieties but it is in accordance with the price 👍🏻👍🏻

They have a quite good location and view for Danau Toba, but I hope they will improve the cleanliness of the room.
