For the rooms provided and registered the application is not really good. Fortunately, you can still change rooms even though you have to add costs offline.

Pintu kamar mandi rusak, shower rusak, flushing toilet bocor, AC tidak dingin, aromanya tidak enak, selimut kotor bekas noda, kolam renang kotor, dan maaf hawanya agak horor. Mungkin karena kejawa jawaan. Jalan menuju hotel juga gelap banget sampai ragu ini bener apa ga. Ternyata bener. Maaf ini yang kami rasakan. Terima kasih semoga bisa lebih dirawat lagi.

Sangat tidak menyenangkan, jam dua pagi pintu kamar kami bisa dibuka oleh orang, kunci pintu berupa knop sehingga pintu hanya bisa dikunci dengan cara ditekan. Untung saja saya langsung kebangun, orangnya langsung tutup pintu lagi tanpa bilang apapun, pas check out kami komplain kejadian tersebut kepada resepsionis, mereka bilang tidak tahu dan beralasan staff sedang mengecek kamar. Masak mereka tidak punya list kamar mana yang kosong dan isi, terus di jam 2 pagi pula, pada saat kejadian kami tidak langsung lapor karena posisi kamar sangat jauh dari resepsionis, dan situasi sangat gelap dan sepi sehingga kami khawatir orang tersebut menunggu di luar, jadinya kita tidak bisa tidur sampai pagi karena waspada.
