For those transiting through Bandung, this is definitely worth it. The bed and room are incredibly comfortable. Highly recommended if you're backpacking in Bandung.

Stayed here multiple times already, super delighted by their service. Though recently they've been on a decline. While I've gotten room upgrades twice, which is nice, they didn't provide towels even though they've always provided them before. Once they delivered them after I called them, the second time was no good as they told me there were no staff around. Even after I waited until check-out time. The other thing to note was the room gas stove was not working. Again, we wanted help with this but no staff around. While their service still is the nicest that I have experienced, this downward trend is quite worrisome. I hope they can pull through and be better.

It wasn't as beautiful as the display photos, and the unit I received looked dated. But it was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful when I didn't have pillowcases.

The room was lacking in cleanliness, and the bathroom was also lacking in cleanliness. It was still slippery. The room lights were dim. The owner didn't pay attention. This should have been prepared well in advance since I booked so long ago. My five-night stay here was less than satisfactory. Thank you.

Strategic location, easy to reach food places

The admin was friendly, I was allowed to borrow an iron, and after finishing my drink in the room, they immediately replaced it with a new one.

The room provided did not match the picture and still smelled of cigarettes.

Uninhabitable, checked in for 2 nights... Entered for 2 minutes, then checked out. Dirty bed, low bathroom... The room smelled again.

The best choice for a place to stay.

This hotel is perfect for young people or night owls (sleepers during the day and stay up late/party at night). I was in room D1102, and I couldn't sleep all night. The banging noises were constant, and the noise from above, below, and to the sides was incredible. I came here with my parents and my 3-year-old son. We couldn't sleep at all.

Good, the price is commensurate with the features provided, and it also has a smart TV. Awesome, please upgrade again.

Been here three times already, usually it's super clean but somehow we found cockroaches this time. They need to do something about it otherwise it'll slowly become a huge no-no for me.
