1. The staff are friendly and very helpful, the check in check out process is also fast; 2. The hotel area, swimming pool, bedroom, bathroom, towels, bed sheets are all clean, really like it, so comfortable; 3. Ample parking; 4. The hotel is close to Pakuwon Mall Jogja; 5. The swimming pool although small but comfortable, lots of chairs. The flush toilet is also clean, towels are provided; 6. Near Circle K and Indomaret, so if you need a snack it's safe; 7. For food can't comment because I didn't take the breakfast package, the nearest culinary in front of the hotel in the morning is Soto Pak Dalbe, for dinner there is Dadar Beredar Babe Cabita. But if there are also many culinary around the hotel In my opinion the minus is the TV is not smart and the room is not very soundproof, so the sound from outside is very clearly audible, coincidentally the next room has children running around and playing in the corridor.

The hotel staff was friendly, the room was clean, although it didn't have a mountain view. Unfortunately, there's no valet service, even though the parking is quite far away. The food was mediocre, with lots of variety but lacking in taste. Please improve it. Thank you 🙂

I asked for a room upstairs but was given a room with a wall view... I chose this hotel because it had carpet, but I got a room without carpet.

Check-in was fast, and the service was great. What I liked most was the location; it was easy to find everything we needed because it was close to everything. Overall, it was a good experience.

I initially booked this place because of its proximity to Pakuwon Mall, but it turned out to be just right and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean, the air conditioning was cool, and I slept soundly. It's pretty good for the price.

The hotel's location is strategic, close to Pakuwon Mall and easily accessible from various directions. It's perfect for both a relaxing staycation and a business trip. Access to the city center is also very easy, so you don't need to worry about mobility.

Stayed here for holiday. Their bed and pillows are SUPER soft and comfortable, better quality than the other hotels. Worth waaay more than the price itself. Family friendly. The pool view are amazing, Jogja’s sunset. There’s so many choices of cuisine for breakfast, and all of that are delicious. Definitely will stay here again. Strategic, near Pakuwon and so many food & convenience store around. Love.

The location is very strategic, easy to find food/snacks, very close to the mall, the service is very good, only the variety of side dishes for breakfast is very lacking.

The Grand Keisha Hotel Yogyakarta is very welcoming for people with disabilities like me, including myself, in a wheelchair. From the lobby to my room, everything is accessible, and I encountered no obstacles. Furthermore, the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. There's a minimarket next to the hotel, making it easy to purchase personal items. The hotel is also close to a mosque, making it easy to attend Friday prayers.
