The outdoor parking is quite spacious. Check-in and check-out are fast. The gym is clean and comfortable. The food is varied and delicious. Water is available in refillable gallon jugs in the corridor. However, the hairdryer in my room was broken and couldn't be used at all.

During my stay, all the staff were kind, friendly, and very sympathetic to the guests. So far I see reviews on maps, maybe some staff are not friendly, but during my stay I did not find that. Top service, varied food, then for availability there are some foods that are out of stock and not refilled by the staff, please check again to see if all the food is still available or not. For the room facilities, it turns out to be very spacious, kids friendly too, the pool is clean plus there is a guard. Improve what is lacking, and maintain what is already there, thank you.

Good hotel with great service. The hotel itself is nice, and the staff service is top notch. I especially loved the daily housekeeping so the room was always clean and well maintained. A few things to note: the elevator doesn’t go down to the basement, the Wi-Fi is quite slow, and the soundproofing could be improved since noise from outside/other areas can sometimes disturb rest. This is more of a family style hotel, so facilities like the pool are mostly used by families with kids. Overall, great location and excellent service from the staff.

Clean rooms, strategic location, friendly service, delicious and varied breakfast

I've been here 3 times because my kids love it, but this one is a bit annoying. There were only 3 of us with 2 kids, and after swimming, it turned out the access card didn't work, so I called CS. As soon as she picked up, she called my mom, I thought, how did she know without saying anything, okay, maybe she saw it on the CCTV, she told me I couldn't get in, and her response was, "Tell me to go downstairs." What's the point of calling if you tell me to go downstairs, and the kids are already cold after swimming, and you tell me to carry them up and down while they're soaking wet? Okay, if you want, but if you can't guarantee they'll be safe? What if I go back in the pool? I was just "told" to go downstairs to get a new access card. You probably saw my position on the CCTV.

Okay and strategic location, just for the lift, so that the maintenance is completed quickly so that it is quicker to go to the upper floors.

The hotel reception staff was friendly and very helpful. The rooms were also clean and smelled good. Unfortunately, the security guard was less than friendly; when asked a question, his expression immediately changed and he didn't seem very welcoming. Hopefully, the security guard service can be improved.

A comfortable place to rest, the hotel atmosphere is quite peaceful. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights with my family and everyone was quite satisfied with their stay. The swimming pool on the third floor is also kept clean. Thank you.

Just what I wanted.. I've stayed here twice and always in 3 rooms.

I wish the breakfast menu was more varied. During our five-night stay here, the menu was always the same: soto, gudeg, and croissants. So, even the kids got bored with the breakfast menu 😭

We booked a room for 5 nights because my husband was on business and on vacation. The room was quite spacious, but after cleaning the room, there were always room amenities that were missed, such as slippers and bar soap, so we had to ask for them by phone. The initial breakfast here was very satisfying, the rest of the breakfasts were already starting to get boring 😭 because we already knew the menu of soto, gudeg, and croissants, which were the same since the first day 😭 if soto was replaced with meatballs or other soupy dishes, it would definitely be more varied. All the staff were friendly, we always got an animal towel on the bed. Thank you very much Grand Keisha.

This hotel is strategically located, close to the mall, of course. The bathroom is clean, and the food is delicious. I hope to stay at this great hotel again.
