The hotel is nice, clean, comfortable, and cheap too. This will be a favorite hotel for backpackers.

For a price of around Rp 200,000, this place far exceeded expectations. It had cool air conditioning, a soft mattress, a spacious room, running water, and complete amenities including soap, shampoo, sandals, a toothbrush, and toothpaste. There were no TV channels, a gym, a supermarket, and Wi-Fi, although the network was slow, probably because so many people were using it. Thank you.

The place is comfortable. If you want to eat, just go up to the rooftop. If you want to grab a snack in your room, just go downstairs and there's a minimarket downstairs. Secure parking, easy access, friendly staff, affordable prices, and well-maintained cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Staying here offers a very comfortable room, and it's also close to the city center. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, with complete toiletries and a water heater. Highly recommended for those planning a few days in Manado.

More attention to cleanliness When sleeping there are 4 insects (similar to fleas but bigger directly visible to the eye) that climb on the mattress, making the body itchy and red. Then there are towels used by other users in the room…

The room is small, the bed is too close to the wall so there is no space to step to the side of the bed, and what's even worse is the smell of the toilet evaporates. The bed is full of bedbugs, until dawn I couldn't sleep because the bedbugs bit my child's body until they got into his hair and got into his clothes and blanket. Finally, we had to throw away the clothes we wore overnight, because we were afraid the bedbugs would stick to our clothes and mix with our other clothes in the suitcase. We wanted to check out but it was already late at 2 am. Finally, we waited until morning to check out and didn't sleep at all. Evaluation for the hotel, the service was good, the food and cafe were also okay, it would be better to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room, to clean the mattress more cleanly. The mattress is in the laundry once in a while. For the comfort of the guests.

So far, I am still happy with Avons Residence, so it is one of my favorite places to stay when I want to heal myself.

The hotel check-in time was 2 o'clock. I ordered a special request for 12 o'clock, when I wanted to check in I was charged an additional 150 thousand because I checked in before the hotel's provisions. In my opinion, it was too expensive and did not match the hotel booking price.
