The hotel is big like a Malay palace. The location is close to MITC, Ayer Keroh. The hotel staff is friendly and kind. The price is affordable. Just want to comment on the hot hotel lobby without air conditioning. The room has a large balcony but you can't go out. The area is quiet at night. The room is comfortable for a family because it is quite spacious. Only there is no mini-fridge, which is a bit strange for a big hotel. The swimming pool area has few or no tables and canopies to avoid the heat even in the area by the pool. Book this hotel because it is for families, spacious rooms, swimming pool, location and affordable price.

To be frank lets start with arrival. No concierge service, we need to find the trolley and push inside the hotel. Walking towards our room, the wet carpet smell and looking up we can see the plaster ceiling is breaking down. The wall painting inside our room also blistering due to water seepage. With a grade of 4 Star hotel we exoect the towel provide would be comfy and large, but its look like more off a budget hotel towel. Checking out again calling for concierge but no one available to pick up our luggage. We have to carry our own luggage down to the reception. So overall we would give a rating of 3/10.

The room was very dirty, especially the bathroom. The toilet and sink were obviously not cleaned, with toiletries scattered on the sink. There was a used towel in the closet. Very poor impression.

Basic facility room failed. Example no one freezer and more equipment is a broken.

The first time I came to a hotel where I parked near the lobby and there was no one to drive me away 😅 and ofcos there was no one to greet you welcome, right? but the lighting is quite dark so you can say it's scary for the 1st 30 mins. haha I read a lot of surahs, yes there is a chilly feeling, but thank god it's okay guys. the room is spacious.. the toilet has a bath tub, the design is a bit strange n but big. I'm even afraid to take a bath hahah luckily I brought a wet cloth and can take a bath with the kids 🤣 the mattress and pillows are 1st class. I slept very well but maybe it was the 1st and last coat I came there, just wanted to feel it. btw bekpes is the same as other hotels.

If you don't have a car, this hotel is quite far from places to eat. Need to walk.. The hotel is also quite quiet

Staff and cleaner are great except the hotel itself, it needs refurbishment because the carpet made it smell musty and dusty.

The hotel need refurbishment, that 's all I can say. It smelt musty and paint all scraped off.

Staff all are great but the room are very dusty, musty, paint are peeled off, its sad considering I booked this hotel because I once stayed here a few years ago and I really loved it. Management need to do refurbishment.

Dirty toilets. Looks like it 's not taken care of at all. Got hair bunch on the floor, the soap opened and used half left on the bathtub. Under the sink is very mouldy and toilet paper is almost finished? Asked for new room but then cannot open cause the staff might forgot to scan. Was a marathon to even reach the new room. The 4th floor looks very scary so we decided to just stick to the first room since they claimed all rooms full. Breakfast so so, nothing interesting.

Saya komplen air conditioner bilik rosak and request tukar bilik and their staff don't allowed it and call. Maintenance to repair it. Until 6.30 pm air conditioner masih rosak! At 7pm baru diaorg tukar bilik selepas I nak komplen. Staff is very unfriendly! No more staying at this lousy hotel service!

Good receptionist. But the condition of the room is satisfactory. Room 104. There is no refrigerator, the bathroom is clean. The light switch is broken. You can only turn it on and play with the switch. TV broadcast no problem. Flat pillows and no extra pillows are provided.

Room especially carpet not clean. No iron, air conditioner not functioning. Not cold.

Pro: staff are friendly, food was good. Last time I went here, the food is so bad and not so many choices. They have improved, now quite a lot of choices and tasty 👍 the pool is big and clean. My kids have good time there. Cons: the cleanliness in the room is so bad nowadays. The carpet is full of dust. The wall have big mould, the toilet also have a lot of mould. The air in the room also feel dusty that I had to buy my own room freshener. Also there is no more refgirator inside the room. Dulu ada, kenapa skrg takda. Too bad, after mco this hotel is not as good as before🥲.

Check in is slow. Need to wait and stand for a long time. Suggestion, add staff and open a few more counters. Standing for almost 30 minutes for check-in.

Check in kena byr RM2.00 untuk cukai warisan negeri Melaka kalau x silap. bilik xde fridge walaupun ada ruang. pool ok. breakfast ok.

The hotel is clean and comfortable. Staff serve well. Breakfast food is delicious.
