The staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and for the price, I found the room quite good. However, the air conditioning was old and took a long time to cool down. Especially the swimming pool; there were two dead cockroaches floating on the surface, and the smell of chlorine was overwhelming. If the hotel didn't have a swimming pool, they should have closed it down, but instead they advertised it and didn't bother to clean it properly – it was disgusting!

Very good location with everything surrounding by walk. Staff was nice, large bathroom, large bed. I would stay here again and highly recommend this hotel for you guys to stay.

After staying here for 2 days, I found it very good, the hotel is clean, good price, near the beach, convenient to travel. I will come back if I have a chance to be in Da Nang. The only downside is that the pillow is too high and hard, waking up with a sore neck.
