My first stay was very satisfying. All the staff were friendly and lovely, from the reception to the security, especially the security guard on the day shift who was extremely attentive and polite. My room was a deluxe category, so it was spacious, comfortable, and clean. My only impression was that the wardrobe was in the bathroom, which was a bit strange, but otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. I would definitely book a room here again next time. 🫰🏻

The room is not as clean as in the photos. There is an old and dirt smell in the room. I doubt the hotel is fully occupied, but I was given a room with local house view (4th floor). I am to lazy to ask for another room

Broken Air Conditioner Room. Said to change room for the 3rd time. At 2:00 a.m. I couldn't stand it because of the heat. Say it a third time before changing. If you change to another room, there is no hot water for showering. Bad quality.
