The overall experience was nice. The main problem is that it took quite a while for the staff to come to the lobby for the check-in and check-out, other things are okay. The view is magnificent, love it so much!

Purchases must be made through Traveloka; they cannot be booked directly through the hotel. If there's a date error when purchasing a hotel, they can't understand the error. This makes the process extremely frustrating.

The room is clean but not well maintained

The staff from the lobby to the room were very friendly. But unfortunately the bed was full of red ants. Our family only checked in for an hour and then checked out. We asked for more attention to cleanliness, especially behind the bed. There was a lot of rubbish that caused the red ants' nest. Luckily my child hadn't had time to sleep yet. If he had slept, he would have been bitten by red ants. If possible, the payment could be returned.

The unit's atmosphere is very elegant, with cool views of the sea and the city, but unfortunately there is still something missing, a refrigerator and dispenser are not available.

Please pay special attention to the building management and room service so that clients are comfortable at the Lagoon Tamansari Apartment on Jalan Bahu Mal.

The service is very good, the bedroom is clean, the bathroom is also clean. The view is very beautiful, you don't have to go far to see the sunset... you can do it from your room or from the hotel/apartment pool... the price is okay, pocket-friendly... privacy is very well maintained... overall very satisfying.
