There was no water in the bathroom sink. I informed the management, but nothing happened. The only good thing about the room is the view and that there is hot water.

The bathroom sink didn't work, the pillowcases were stained, the table was dirty, and the check-in and check-out process took a long time. We had to wait for staff to come to the apartment. The TV remote didn't work, many of the doors were peeling, and the sofa smelled. Please pay more attention to cleanliness.

Purchases must be made through Traveloka; they cannot be booked directly through the hotel. If there's a date error when purchasing a hotel, they can't understand the error. This makes the process extremely frustrating.

The room is clean but not well maintained

The staff from the lobby to the room were very friendly. But unfortunately the bed was full of red ants. Our family only checked in for an hour and then checked out. We asked for more attention to cleanliness, especially behind the bed. There was a lot of rubbish that caused the red ants' nest. Luckily my child hadn't had time to sleep yet. If he had slept, he would have been bitten by red ants. If possible, the payment could be returned.

The service is very good, the bedroom is clean, the bathroom is also clean. The view is very beautiful, you don't have to go far to see the sunset... you can do it from your room or from the hotel/apartment pool... the price is okay, pocket-friendly... privacy is very well maintained... overall very satisfying.
