Firstly, regarding the air conditioner, at the time of your stay, the air conditioner was still working normally, possibly because the previous guest mistakenly switched to dehumidifying mode or drying mode, so there might not be any cold air, and at that time, the Reception did not receive any calls from your room reporting that the air conditioner was not cool or had any problems so that the Reception could check and support you.
Second, regarding condoms, because of the sensitive nature of the items when there are children or underage guests staying, our hotel does not keep condoms in the rooms, but instead they are always available at the reception desk to serve guests when needed. And at that time, the reception desk did not receive any calls from your room to be able to support what you need.
As for room types, the system has fully set up images, functions and detailed room prices. Maybe you are not satisfied with your choice when you have not checked the information of the room type you have booked. The hotel still has many other room types that are more suitable to your desired needs.
