Staying here gets you free airport transfers, the only downside is that the hotel is a bit dark & the lights went out twice since I arrived, the hotel is not well maintained even though there is a swimming pool, maybe if the lighting was good & renovated again it would be better.

Recommend staying when you are traveling to Gili Trawangan. Good room, good place, good services, and good food.

(+) Kamar dan kamar mandinya sangat luas dan nyaman, lengkap dengan semua fasilitas yang dibutuhkan untuk di kamar hotel seperti safety box, gantungan baju yang banyak, aqua botol, dan lain-lain. (+) Kolam renangnya luas, dan tamannya juga bersih dan rapi. (+) citarasa makanan breakfast-nya cukup enak walaupun variasi agak kurang. (+) Staf-Stafnya ramah dan menyenangkan. (+) lokasi cukup dekat dengan pusat keramaian. (-) kebersihan kamar saat check-in sangat kurang karena lantai dan jendela banyak sekali debu dan kotoran, bahkan gantungan baju/handuk juga sangat berdebu; Mungkin karena kamar sudah lama tidak dipakai. (-) AC di kamar 26 sudah waktunya diperbaiki karena sangat berisik (suara AC terdengar bahkan dari luar dengan pintu tertutup) dan jika tidak pakai mode turbo sudah tidak dingin lagi.

Very satisfied staying here even 1n only. They had upgraded our room to deluxe free and we got the decoration bed for our anniversary, am so happy for that, and thank you so much for the hospitality! All facilities very good no minus! Will come back if we going to Gili again 😍

Better than the pictures! The service was great! They really went above and beyond. The location is near the center of the island, but with bikes you have easy axis to the east and west sides of the island. The pool and bar was great, one night the bartender, even got us food from another restaurant after the villa's kitchen was closed. Breakfast wasn't the best, but they had a good selection including fresh fruits, cereals, juices, coconuts, eggs, fried rice/noodles, toast, pancakes, and waffles. I was happy it was included.

it's located in the center of the island. the place was good, clean, quiet, very comfortable. but unfortunately I get no toothbrush on our room

The place is okay, clean, the breakfast menu is not too varied. The hotel clerk helped provide an explanation of the Trawangan Gili area.

The hotel is good and does not disappoint, above my expectations. Super friendly service. I like the place and facilities even though the location is quite central, but according to the service it would be even better if there were water pamanas in the room so there was no need to go to the lobby just to request hot water, overall I was satisfied, thank you.
