My family and I booked two rooms (601 & 603) and checked in on July 7th and checked out on July 10th, 2025. We actually chose this hotel because we saw it on TikTok. The location is quite strategic, near Simpang Lima, the staff are quite friendly, and the room is also quite clean. The only downsides are:
1. On the first day, the AC in the room dripped water (you could say it was leaking), so much that it soaked our bags. We complained to the lobby staff (by phone), and they told us to wait for a technician to come to the room. We waited for 30 minutes and they still hadn't arrived (even though the AC was still leaking). We called again, and the lobby staff answered... "Oh, the technician hasn't arrived yet, sir?" 2. The rooms are not soundproof. People walking in the hallway can be heard, and even the door makes a loud noise when it closes. We, who stayed on the 6th floor, clearly heard the sound of passing vehicles on the street (our room, incidentally, had glass windows facing the street). This makes for a very uncomfortable stay. We would like to request improvements to the rooms by adding soundproofing materials/partitions to ensure a comfortable stay.
However, I admit that this hotel is quite satisfactory in terms of location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and accessibility.
We apologize for our criticism, but this is for the benefit and satisfaction of our guests.
