Comfort & clean. Kitchenware all prepared & also washing machine too. Have own parking, suitable for family trip.

Refreshing and sweet. Quite impressed with complementary cookies and chocs ... Danke ! But we are so frustrated to know that the water heater in our unit 1-12 were not functioning ! And the entrance door need extra latch to lock the door for extra safety and precaution.

Pro; 1. Clean & spacious. 2. Good customer service. 3. Peaceful & nice Environment 4. Nice & fresh meals for dinner I had which is Japanese Saba Bento. 5. Variery of desserts & fruits for breakfast buffet. Cons; 1. Improve range of main course for breakfast. 2. To provide iron & board for ironing instead guests need to do it at laundry room at ground floor. Not so convenience for many cloth to iron. 3. To have room service for food. Some guest maybe lazy and just want to have their meals inside their unit. So please consider this. Overall nice stay for me and thank you for upgrade my booking from standard room to deluxe room. Very welcoming & truly appreciate this.
