clean room and staff are friendly.

Overall was okay, but for me the location is not so strategic and hard to find nearby food.

My third time here. Hotel is clean! Location is very strategic, easily access to town areas.

Everything is fine only thing is the front desk indian lady not friendly. She doing one kind of faces so annoying. Others staff the are superb including housekeeping

This hotel is superb! Inspite of a beautiful interior as well as exterior design, it's very affordable and very comfy hotel to stay. This hotel is going to be my fix place to stay whenever I come to JB.

My family was happy to stay here. Room is clean, comfortable. Breakfast was nice , variety choice and staff friendly especially FNB staff. But reception unfriendly when we was check in.

Firstly the hotel is quite difficult for walking even though near custom. Need to explore if want to try walking. Suggest to use grab or bring own vehicle will be better if bringing families along. The hotel is clean. Room is spacious and clean. Cheap price really worth the money. Will come again.

the location of the hotel is isolated. nothing to see and any convenient store is a long walk away. there is no activities in the hotel as well

The information provided by receptionist is not accurate when I called in before the stay. I have been informed that I can left the luggage after I check out and collect back during my next stay (in few days time). However, during the stay; they don’t allow to do that.

I set it on the Internet and asked for a smoking room. When I found out that the hotel was a non-smoking room, I asked for check-out. The receptionist said that you are going back! I retire online, the reason is that I have indicated that I want to smoke a room but it is not possible here. From the reservation to the request for check-out no more than 15 minutes, after the traveloka said that this hotel is not allowed to return. I didn't stay, and I decided to stay at home. You should indicate on the traveloka that it is all non-smoking. This is a very bad experience for me. Very disappointed.

Good and comfortable besides that the room very clean and harmony. I like it very much. Thanks for that
