the place is comfortable, the food is delicious

The room window leaks when it rains & requesting a mat can take up to 4 hours to get. So far overall I highly recommend this hotel because it is comfortable with family.

The environment is cool and suitable for a vacation with family. The staff is friendly, but unfortunately you can't check in early, and the waiting lobby is hot. And the room, especially the bed area, is a bit dirty. But it's still worth trying, especially if you want to do body rafting Citumang because it's just next to the hotel

The restaurant service is very bad, because they serve while smoking. And the guest chairs are used by the employees to sit. And the hotel room lights go out for a long time

The concept is unique and fun but the sheets and curtains are dirty

If you want to go to Citumang, it's nice to stay here, because the location is right on the Citumang River, just walk 10 minutes to the starting point of Citumang body rafting. There are several types of rooms here, some are container type, some are glamping type too. For the container type, the room is not too spacious. For breakfast, it feels lacking & the variations are not much.

The place is comfortable, cool and feels like camping with complete facilities.

Overall good and comfortable. But there is a problem the hotel room key from inside the container is hard to open. And inside the room there are many ants. Thanks

Tempat yang santai untuk melepas kepenatan setelah melalui berbagai akrivitas kegiatan rutinitas harian di Bandung, sekedar rest & rilex serta healing menenangkan hati & pikiran kita. 👍.

Walaupun pesenan dadakan. Akhirnya bisa tahun baruan di sini. Fasilitasnya lumayan lengkap, kamar bersih, walaupun nginep di dalem container. Suasananya adem banget. Healing banget karena yang kita dengar suara-suara air dan burung. Mau main body rafting tinggal selangkah ke depan.

Balkonnya bocor no 305 dan sayangnya pas di sana semalaman hampir full hujan.

Saya suka tempat dan suasananya tapi untuk fasilitasnya tolong di tingkatkan lagi seperti penambahan teko listrik air panas di dalam room, jadi tidak perlu jauh jauh harus ke dapur untuk ambil air panas dan penambahan wifi karena jaringan internet 4 G susah dan tidak ada wifi di penginapan. Dan tingkatkan juga kecepatan dalam melayani tamu, saya datang jam stengah 2 dan jam 2 reservasi kamar belum siap sampai menunggu jam setengah 4 baru bisa cekin ke kamar. Pesan makanan di resto nunggu 2 jam baru datang ke kamar.

I feel sorry for you potential guests. I've never given a review of a place if it's worth it. - The lock is broken, there is no privacy. The price of the cottage is above 2 million though. 5 star price, star star key. - breakfast is only yellow rice using omelette + cucumber & tomato and sometimes the buffet is empty, bread is there, the jam is gone. Drink gallon of water and coffee sachets which when brewed the coffee disappears, only black is left. - There is no wifi, at all. She was given tethering, and even then at the front office when I wanted to pay for the rest of the transfer from the rafting. (This is a scam even though there is wifi access in the application.) I'll give you a screenshot that I accessed on May 4, 2022.- There's no thermos in the room, it's a hassle for those of you who want to make popmie.- No signal, no debit, difficult transfer, cashless less.- There is no communication access to the front office, instead you are given a wa number, how do you want to chat, there is no signal.- Access to the front office is far from the cottage. It's not a problem, if it's not raining, there's a signal, an umbrella is given. - The front office rarely has people. You want to check in or check out, you have to wait, not waiting in line, but employees. - Access road is slippery with moss, it's troublesome if you bring the elderly here. - Poor employee empathy, when there is a mother carrying a 5 month old baby, sunset-evening rain-ujanan was not given an umbrella or at least escorted to the room. In fact, it was shown there, Ma'am, after going there, went there. Send warm regards. Good location, friendly staff but less option with food at resto and need more staff to get better services

The atmosphere is really good, the hotel is really unique, the view is good. Breakfast lacks variations. Many hotel staff have not put on masks properly. But next time I will definitely stay again here?

A pleasant new experience staying in a room made of containers, very friendly service, clean enough, nice cool view with the sound of water from the river. Free barbeque party on New Year's Eve. Only the location is quite far inland. Next, you can stay here again.
