I checked in but waited for more than 1 hour and didn't see any staff, I couldn't call forever, when I checked out, I didn't see any staff when I checked out.

Hot water system leaked water, placed right above is the toilet, toilet water fell headless, back ... feeling lost to the motel in the countryside. The receptionist checked in check out for a long time, it felt like it was the first time, the check in took 20 minutes, the check out was about 15 minutes

1-day buffet breakfast with a crispy pancake. 2 times to clean the room but not lock the door even though it was first mentioned

service is not good, for example, my family is in 3 rooms but the 1st floor of 6th floor 9th floor is very inconvenient.

When I went to the hotel to check in, it was not the type of room I had booked. The receptionist assisted in moving to another room, but the room (p1005) air-conditioned so it was not cool. The most terrible thing is in the toilet, the drain hole smells dead rats. 🙁
