The hotel was dusty, with cobwebs all over the ceiling. It was very noisy, and I could hear people talking in the next room. The curtains didn't cover the windows, so when the sun came up, everything was immediately lit up. I stayed there for three nights, but I checked out immediately after one night because I felt uncomfortable.

The staff is friendly and very helpful, the check-in and check-out process is also fast, the breakfast is also delicious.

I called the hotel staff three times to complain about the TV not broadcasting. They just told me they would have a technician check it, but no one came. The room was dusty, the glasses were dirty, the curtains were see-through, there was no privacy, and the sound from room to room was clearly audible. There was no air conditioning.

Some of the shelves in the room were not clean and dented. The bathroom walls were generally dirty and used black buckets and ladles. By breakfast time, everyone had finished eating. The room had no ventilation and no air conditioning.

The room was dirty and not as reviewed, booked a deluxe room on the 3rd floor, apparently the 3rd floor is right under the restaurant, until 11 pm there was still noise, the bed cover, towels, mosquito net were all very dirty and smelled dusty.
