Valuable for money. I had a good stay with MaxHotel.

Just nice and simple. WiFi connection OK if you are working from home, you can use it for free. Worth every penny.

The water heater is not working well The front desk staff is rude and unfriendly

The room smells of cigarette smoke, the room is not soundproof, there is no elevator, the room is small, the roof of the toilet is leaking, ordered 2 rooms, the room can check-in again at 6pm not given the reason.

Bed bugs! Complained and asked to change the bed sheet! But bed bugs is still there. Stayed 1 night only and my next door neighbour is really noisy! Checked out on the next day! The stuff did nothing! Just say ok and bye. No more max forever!!!

Request not served when requesting upper room, blower dies not ininfo dhla xde windows, hot water heat hot, please improve service.

The hotel is nice and clean. But bad soundproof, it was so noisy when people go in/out from the room.

found a used sanitary pad by previous customer near the toilet bowl. besides, there is no water heater / the water heater is not functioning.

Room size is small, but around the hotel a lot of pretty good food. Suitable for business trips.

The twin sharing room is very small, there is a slight smell on the room, good hygiene, there are lots of interesting shops nearby, very small twin sharing toom, some odor, cleanliness is good, plenty of interesting eateries and banks nearby.
