Comfortable rooms and delicious Harris-style food, but parking is not so good. However, you can park your car for free with valet.

The rooms are very spacious with complete amenities. The building is in poor condition due to a lack of tenants, resulting in poor maintenance. Parking is inadequate, and there is a lack of signage leading to the lobby and reception. The elevators are often changing and winding, with an unpleasant odor.

The room looks like it's not being maintained... the walls have lots of cracked and peeling paint... the bathroom has lots of rusty chrome accents... The room was cleaned by the cleaning staff and the door wasn't closed properly, and there were blood stains on the pillowcase.

My first stay at Harris Semarang. Overall, it was okay. The room was quite spacious and clean. The breakfast was okay, but the variety wasn't as extensive as at Harris Solo.

it was a good experience, the room quite large and the air cond operated well there's no issue with ambience and service its just a little dissapointment when i ordered food at restaurant, i'm waiting too long for about 30 minutes for nachos, so i have to cancel it.. maybe next time you can improve this service guys, thank you so much

Sunday, road access is closed

parking area too narrow. every sunday morning, mainroad closed by hawker. menu breakfast is normal, nothing special. need some maintenance and replacement in batteries door lock.

I've stayed here several times, so I understand the pros and cons, such as the central location, spacious rooms with sofas, ample parking but difficult access. But this time, I felt the hotel staff was very limited. In the afternoon, there was no one manning the pool and restaurant area. When I asked for a towel to rinse off, no one was there, and even the food left on the restaurant tables hadn't been cleaned. There was also no attendant at the parking entrance to offer valet parking. While this hotel is nice, the parking is its biggest drawback. If they can address this issue, coupled with a reasonable rate, I'm sure it will be an attractive option for travelers.

the staff was really polite, nice and accomodating. I had an early flight and it was impossible to have breakfast which was served at 6 to 9. They prepared breakfast to go for me.

It's a great stay here, the staff are friendly, the hotel is clean, and the food is delicious.

It's always comfortable to stay here, next time I go to Semarang I'll definitely stay here again because it's in the city center and has lots of culinary delights.

At first, I was confused about where the hotel lobby was because all I found was a concierge desk... it turned out I had to go upstairs first... luckily the staff was quick to explain...
