Booked a standard king bed but when checking in got a twin bed. A bit disappointed because I booked early but got another room

Nice place to married couple.

Wonderful stay, love the wifi, the ceiling fan, the balcony, the spacious room, the kid swimming pool. Disadvantage-no spoon/fork provided in the room. No bathtub.

Front desk was not that friendly.

Nice view of planes from superior king room. However the window was dirty.

The room clean, spacious. Breakfast good and just across miri airport.

Pros. - There is 1 universal socket, suitable for non-Malaysian travelers. - Toiletries according to the number of room occupants, me, wife and 1 child. - Large room. - Fast check in and check out service. - There is an ironing board + iron .- There is shoe polish, transparent, to make it shiny.- Dirty plastic clothes.- Close to the airport, and there is free transportation to the airport. There's more, but I forgot, I highly recommend this hotel. Cons. - Internet is only 3.5 Mbps per user, and can only have 2 users. - Far enough to the nearest mall, about 8 kilometers (Bintang Mall), quite reasonable because this hotel is very, very close to the airport. - AC takes a long time to cool, mandatory Close the bathroom door and windows to cool quickly.

The room was clean and big. My kids enjoy to have their online class there. But the first night, the air-conditioning was break, we felt hot and can't sleep well. On the second day, we able to change a new room. The breakfast and wifi of the hotel need to improve.

At first the room given to us was awful. Air conditioner was not functioning, door knob handle broken and wifi was not working. We made complaints and was given another room. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our stay here!

The staff is friendly, this accommodation near airport. The room is clean, facilities are so good.

The accommodation look exactly like the picture. I always choose this hotel when travelling to Miri. Very near to the airport and also have their own dobby. However the breakfast does not satisfied my taste. They should upgrade their food taste as this hotel is 3-4star hotel.
