Hotel has good location but has very bad customer service. Parking is dark, dirty and has lots of mosquitos. The room we booked has a couple of small cockroaches. The window type aircon was not capable of cooling our room. Overall our stay was very disappointing.

The parking area is too cramped and has a low ceiling. The room is quite spacious for the queen suite but I saw a small cockroach upon entering. The room smelled old. The only good thing is the location. It’s near the boulevard and food establishments.

We opted for Asia Novo as we expect it to be the same as what they have in Puerto Prinsesa. But it failed us. The photos of the rooms is different from what we had stayed in. It is more likely of a motel than a hotel. But the location is perfect. Yes we are backpacking and have limited budget, but we can find a nicer hotel or more comfortable than this at the same rate. We stayed longer outside because the room is not encouraging us to stay in bed or at least relax inside. Also, the aircon cannot accommodate the room size.

Parking area is very dirty, toilets are dirty, lobby is a mess, one of their attendant was walking barefoot. The good thing about the place is its very accessible to all restaurants in the bay area.

One of the cheapest and best accommodations at the heart of dumaguete. It's quite accessible to different places such as the cathedral, fast-food restaurants, shops and the boulevard. I also like the place because it has a parking area at the basement. The parking lot is a bit creepy though Hehe. Overall, it's an amazing place!

We’ve waited for an hour and half to get in. When we arrived at the hotel, the front desk and the manager said we don’t have the reservation, but we booked it 5 days before the check in date and it was successful, my CC was being charged already. They called their main office and found out that they failed to forward the reservation to dumaguete branch. They were fully booked as well as all the hotels in dumaguete because of the buglasan festival. We came there from cebu and we were all dead tired because we travelled right after our night shift. Good thing there were family who about to check out, so another 30mins of waiting for the room to be clean. Very disappointing. However the room was clean and nice.
