Sorry, Ms. Henni, we have served guests as best we can, but the confirmation from the guest to the employee is different, initially asking for an additional room the next morning it turned out that they said they were moving rooms and the room was not being used even though the guest still held the key, after we asked the family and we checked it turned out the room is already in use, so we ask for our right to charge the room, but the guest objects, then the solution from us is to give a discount.
