The two security guards are extremely friendly, the support staff are enthusiastic, the breakfast here is delicious and varied, the only downside is that the glass-enclosed rooms get a bit hot at lunchtime due to condensation.

The beachfront location is great for swimming, and the sunrise view from the room is also beautiful. The pool facilities are good, but the cleanliness of the 4-star hotel is a bit poor. The rooms and pool weren't cleaned thoroughly, and there were still many unclean spots of hair and dust in the bathroom. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, but it's not terrible. Despite being a 4-star hotel, the TV doesn't work with YouTube, only with local channels. The breakfast at the restaurant is highly rated, delicious, especially the tapioca dumplings. The food selection is also varied.

The staff were friendly and enthusiastic. However, the hotel was built quite a long time ago, so the soundproofing is very poor. You can hear everything, even people walking on the balcony or pulling chairs and talking loudly from the next room. The breakfast was plentiful, and the dining area had a nice sea view.

Staff, hotel everything is ok except the breakfast buffet has too little food. I think the hotel should put the child surcharge in the policy section so that guests can consider. Otherwise, when checking in, no matter how many guests, they have to pay, otherwise they can cancel the booking.

I think the hotel is very ok for this price range. The receptionists and security guards are very friendly and enthusiastic. The rooms are clean and fully equipped. The soundproofing is a bit poor, but I don't see any problem. The only minus point is that the buffet has few dishes and is not diverse. Because the hotel is small, both the rooms and the reception and dining areas are small. Anyway, the price and quality are still ok for me.

In the room selection section, there is no option for sea view or street view. So when booking, there is a note for sea view, but when checking in, the staff said "Booked a regular room but asked for sea view". I think the hotel did not read the guest's note and showed an attitude.
