Hotel sangat butuh renovasi! Karpet kotor, tirai kotor, banyak bercak bekas bocor di atap.

Our hotel stay was good especially the bed, towels, service and amenities. Will come back again. ❤🌹.

The room is quite spacious, the towels are clean. But the room is an old design type. In accordance with the price, there is also a cafe if you want to eat without leaving the hotel but it is less varied.

Hotelnya udah lama kondisi kamar aga kurang. Pelayannan ramah. Sarapan lumayan. Lokasi lumayan. Harganya tidak sesuai dengan kondisi hotel. Saya malah sempat salah datang ke hotel yang sama hanya beda lokasi

Today, December 7, 2022, I extended the room with direct payment, promised that at 5 pm the invoice for payment would be available, until now at 10.30 pm Mas Ilham said that the new invoice would be 2 am. For application users, don't use this hotel anymore because the service is very bad. Meanwhile, invoices are used for office rebursement

Old hotel, don't expect new paint, new furniture, but so far it's comfortable, clean, but it's perfect for a room where the AC isn't too cold.

The hotel is very near to Grand Indonesia, the room is spacious although the bed is small in comparison to the spacious room.

They provide nice rooms. The staff is friendly.

Other than location almost everything is absolutely ridiculous considering the price. Whole smoking floor corridor was smelly like shit. Rooms are small, toiletries were bare minimum.

Its strategic location makes it easy for me to go to some of my destinations. Thank you for the hospitality Holiday inn Express Thamrin, see you when I see you 🙏

Some insects in the room. Cockroaches can be spotted in bathroom and bed. Bathroom smelly, seems like problems with sewage management.

Kamar bagus dan bersih, pelayanan juga cepat. Lokasi sangat trategis.

Old hotel, need renovation. Bad.

Tempatnya strategis. Kalau untuk menginap dalam rangka pekerjaan, pas sekali.

Tempat strategis, dekat GI&PI, ke Thamcit juga dekat, dekat hakte busway. Kamar nyaman, handuk bersih kamar mandi agak bau dikit sih semoga segera diperbaiki.

Best location and near MRT station.

Some of the amenities was not ready upon check in. Towel was dirty, the sink also clogged.

The building is not well maintained. Sometimes the elevator does not stop perfectly, it can stumble, the button is already on duct tape, the room has mosquitoes, the room is not soundproof.

The parking lot is narrow, the rooms are also cramped and dirty.
