Excellent, delicious food, spacious, clean, and airy rooms.

The hotel is decent, however, the cleanliness of the hallways and rooms is still not up to 4-star standards. Hopefully, the hotel will improve its hygiene. The breakfast buffet is also average, with limited choices. The location is convenient for getting around.

The hotel is good in general, matches with the price and a bit over expectation. Even though it's quite old, everything is clean with wood floors. The worst thing that destroyed all the good is about the cleaning lady. She looked at each of us, each of my family members with anger, very bad attitude. She came into the room and yelled, shouted at us, tried to push us out of the room before 12:30 AM. The hotel has good facilities, but what we remember about this hotel is we may not come back.

The staff were very enthusiastic and friendly. The area was quiet. Overall, it was great. I will definitely come back again.

Affordable price, fully equipped.

The staff were friendly. The hotel looked big from the outside but was a bit old. The rooms weren't large, but they were quite clean, although the air conditioning in my room was a little weak that night. Breakfast was average, and there were a lot of foreign guests.

The location is near the beach and convenient for transportation. The rooms are also reasonably priced.

The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and clean, overall I was satisfied with the price, and there was ample parking.

We booked two nights at Rigel Hotel. We arrived a bit earlier than the check-in time, but the front desk kindly let us check in early at no extra charge. I really appreciated that. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also offer motorbike rentals at reasonable prices. Breakfast was perfect, you can basically find anything you need there. The room was spacious and very clean, with hot water always available. If you’re looking for a nice hotel at a fair price, I’d definitely recommend this place!!!

Friendly and enthusiastic staff. Central hotel, near the beach. Delicious breakfast, changed daily. Drinks and coffee were delicious. Cups were also heated before use. Swimming pool also had clean towels to wipe. The lobby had a bottle of ginseng and passion fruit water that changed daily. I booked 1 month in advance so the price was very cheap and breakfast was free. Great. Will come back.

The hotel is located in a deserted place, the toilet is too small, the shower has no partition, every time I shower the whole bathroom gets wet.

The receptionists are friendly, enthusiastic and cute! Everything is ok and the price is great for a long stay! Next time I have the opportunity to come to Nha Trang, I will choose to stay here.
