We weren't given soap and other things, the bathroom lights were off.

I have stayed here twice, in 2023 and 2024 in December. I like staying here because of the strategic location, to go to the town square or Malioboro it's about 4km or so, there are also many places to eat, in front of the hotel there is pecel lele, soto, bakso. Basically, if you want to eat, it's safe, there are many choices, if you order gofood you can too. Next to the hotel there is like a night market, there are also many snacks. The laundry in front of the hotel is also cheap, 8 thousand / kg for 1 hour, or a little bit in front of the mall there is a coin laundry which is even cheaper. The rooms are also spacious, the parking lot is definitely even more spacious, it can fit dozens of cars. Sometimes there is hot water, sometimes there isn't, it's understandable because it's crowded, so sometimes you don't get any. Basically, it's recommended for us as a family vacation with 2 children. ,

The parking lot is not safe even though there are guards, I lost my helmet in the parking lot.

Good and comfortable, the price is really cheap but the place is nice and clean.

For the price of 1 million, it's not worth it. The towels are very small, suitable for children's towels, there is no breakfast either, the bathroom door is broken and can't be closed.

It's really cool and comfortable. I like the location and the water is warm.

Cuma dapet selimut tipis 1 dan handuk 1. Untung sebrang indomeret jadi bisa beli alat mandi dll, tisu pun gaada, buat harga segitu agak mengecewakan di musim libur ini.

Room is spacious however bedsheet was not clean, the leather of the sofa already peeled off, no mirror in toilet, blanket was really thin and fit for 1 adult only, towel provided is a super small which can only cpver your hair not body. TV not functioning, wifi alsp not working theu said been troubled since CCTV installation and havent been fixed till date. Connection for Telkomsel is very bad inside the room you have to sit outside the room to get signal. The good thing is th location, convenient to indomatet, pertamina, laundry, groceries and hair saloon.

Kamar oke, bersih. Cuman 4 malam nginap cuman dikasi air minum cuman hari pertama.

Lokasinya sangat strategis di daerah Umbulharjo. Mau beli makan dekat sama banyak resto maupun pedagang. Kalau tidak naik kendaraan pribadi ada halte trans Jogja dekat dengan lokasi. Pelayanan sangat bagus dan ramah. Kamar standard namun bersih. Namun sayang tidak ada keset dan pintu kamar mandi tidak bisa ditutup. Serta tv kamar sering error padahal kalau ada tv lumayan buat hiburan selama di kamar sambil istirahat. Semoga jadi perhatian untuk memperbaiki interior kamar.

My experience was staying for 4 days, the first day I was given a room, the condition of the room was ok, spacious, clean, the shower water was ok, hot and cool. But that creates a big problem. It turned out that the window lock was not optimal, so when it was opened from the outside, the towels weren't clean. Finally I bought a new towel. And then I asked to move rooms to room K2, this was another problem. Hey, in the end I insisted on having the window repaired, when I showered the water was very, very cool. So my advice. Better think about it again.

Hotel terparah sedunia, pesan 7 kamar untuk 2 hari padahal 2 kamar ga di kasih selimut bilangnya ga ada lagi, udah marah-marah baru di kasih, handuk rawing kaya buat lap pel, ada selimut sobek minta ganti katanya ga ada parah banget, padahal harga juga bukan uang 100rb an payah ingin berkata kasar tapi ga boleh berkata kasar.

Bed jeblos. AC not cold. Thin foam mattress. The deluxe room order is given a standard reason to run out, money can't return.

The hard bed in room no. 120, the air conditioner wasn't cold, the bathroom was ok.
