1. The room which is booked for the next two days (check in 8 feb 2020 till check out 10 feb 2020), is unmatch with description and shown pictures. I booked for other room with different hotel/apartment name, but I given the same room with previous booking (check in 6 feb 2020, check out 8 feb 2020). 2. We must pay additional fee for RM 80 per 2 nights without proof of payment. 3. There are no additional mineral water, coffee, tea and sugar for day two. 4. There is no room cleaning for day 2. 5. There is no TV channel in the beginning until we ask to fix it. 5. There is slow internet connection.

We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

Good place, only the service is less friendly for tourists. not the owner, but the guard.

Okay for family matches and in the city center.

Our experience as a family is very bad, there is no one waiting for us when I want to check in, or take the key, the security guards and apartment guards are also very unfriendly, my advice for those who bring small children and suitcases is quite a lot, better choose another lodging, Because the location around also in my opinion is less convenient. I ended up not staying at the KLLC park view, and my money was not returned, in my opinion it is better to look for other lodging a little loss but more satisfying. Hope it is useful for other guests.

Close to the Twin Towers, close to the hawker center. Clean.

The swimming pool was under renovation and could not be used, so I paid too much!

Expected room. Will always stay here when I come back.
