Impressed every time you come, delicious food, very good atmosphere.

Check in The maid has not done the toilet. Have to sit and wait for the maid to finish the bathroom When going to the beach at 5 o'clock, tell the customer to move to sit on the beach table instead, because the beach chair will be stored and it's okay to move. When sitting at the beach table, eating, serving food at the wrong table, it's OK. After 9pm, the staff chased the bill and all the tables. Told to collect the table Even though many of the tables were not finished eating, they moved when they checked the bill so the bill was wrong. Switch diligently. 🙄🙄 diligent impressed my vacation. If the next trip to Samet is guaranteed, definitely not going back.

Firstly I was upset with the service at this hotel. The safety box required the master key from the staff and the warm shower didn’t work so I had to use my own phone to call the receptionist cause there’s no phone in the room. The staff came slowly after I called and some of their staff can’t speak Thai or English so it’s hard for me and my boyfriend to communicate with them. Moreover, I found a green snake near my room so I’d like to meet the manager and asked her to change the room. She’s helpful so I felt better. Anyway, the view and facilities were good there. The rooms are clean. The pub was fun.

This hotel is perfect for party. Have to say that there is very close to a pub but good thing is the noise aren't go through your wall. We had a good sleep within the music sound or people sound. Great location but stuffs aren't warm welcome as we thought (not the operator, he is very nice and friendly). Finally, you won't regret if you will come and stay at this hotel for sure!
