Regarding access, Phaya Thai Station on the Airport Rail Link seemed close, but there was no shortcut, so I had to take a detour. (The previous station, Ratchaprarop, is probably closer.)
I saw a video on YouTube showing what appeared to be a back road, but it was blocked off and unusable, so be careful.
Since I was transiting and didn't have any large luggage, I traveled by Grab bike (25 baht, about 1.3 km).
Check-in was smooth, but a cash-only deposit of 1,000 baht and a phone number were required. I had an internet-only SIM card and didn't have a local number, but WhatsApp was fine.
Check-out took just a few seconds, and I got my deposit back.

The hotel offers a nearby buggy shuttle service.
There's a 7-Eleven almost right across the street, so that's very convenient.
The staff were friendly.
If they can solve the soundproofing issue, the price is reasonable and it might be an option for me next time.
