The picture doesn't match at all, the AC isn't cold, it's not comfortable for families with children, there are lots of cables and electrical plugs at the bottom.

Pretty clean, complete cookware.

In accordance with the title of the executive room apartment if we are consumers would be affected by that title. Our shadow executive is luxurious, comfortable. As soon as I check-in it's not suitable to be occupied. Inside lots of cockroaches. The pillowcase is moldy. The window cannot be locked. Finally I decided not to occupy me. I went out to look for a more decent hotel, if the rent is 498,000. Many choices in Malang are more feasible and comfortable, I am very disappointed.

Cleanliness is lacking, even the trash can is not in the room.

Can check-in early, comfortable dwelling suitable for family holidays. 👍

Bad, noisy, uncomfortable, prepare a 70 thousand car park budget if you are lazy to go out from 23:00 to 00.05. Folder does not match the map on the website. Booking for 2 days I only use 1 day, broken room window cannot be closed tightly. The apartment owner doesn't have a double key.

Apartment unit managers are difficult to contact. so I was initially stuck in the lobby for about 30 minutes. then the manager can be contacted and we are told to go to the indicated unit. it turns out the unit is wrong (I ordered the executive room and the one given is a regular studio unit). then the manager gives info that they are giving the wrong room (executive room already occupied others). finally we swapped the unit.
