The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel, making it comfortable enough for a short stay. It offered good value, especially considering the central location. The staff were all very friendly, informative, and helpful throughout my stay. They were easy to approach and always ready to assist, which made the overall experience smooth and hassle-free. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its strategic location. It’s very close to Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, and Raffles Place, with plenty of culinary options nearby. Overall, it’s a great choice if you’re looking for a clean, well-located budget stay in Singapore.

Convenient room to city center can walk without having to wait too long for public transportation

The room is big enough for 2 suitcases, really clean, and comfortable to stay. The location is great too, around 5-7 minutes from Raffles Place and The Clark Quay MRT.

It’s really good for solo travel. The room is spacious, and there are a lot of restaurants and bars surrounding it, and it's 2 minutes to Minimart. Just in front of the hotel, there’s a shuttle bus and a 15-minute walk to Merlion Park.

Very strategic location, bus stop right in front

Stay for Seventeen concert 2025, the room was great, a lil bit small for 2 people but decent size overall. The bus stop in front of the hotel will bring you to famous Champion Bolo Bun & Queic Olivia cheesecake with just one bus away. MRT station kind of far for about 8 minutes to Clarke Quay MRT station. Gonna stay here again next time I come to Singapore.

The location of the Quay Hotel is quite strategic, located near the office arcade only 5 minutes walk and China town only 15 minutes walk. The bus stop is located right in front of the hotel, making it very easy for transportation. In addition, this location is easy to find food, there are restaurants from cheap to expensive prices.

Hotelnya sangat nyaman, dekat dengan pusat kota, ini daerah perkantoran gitu tapi dengan objek turis juga, tepat di depan hotel adalah bus station. Kamarnya bersih, setiap hari dibersihkan, pegawainya ramah juga, ada air minum free refill dispenser di lorong. Nyaman. Tidak berisik.

I like it. The room is cleaned every day. There is wifi, there is coffee, tea. In the room there is a refrigerator, a kettle, a hair dryer, a safe, a TV, an electrical outlet, no need to use an adapter. There is a USB port, a shelf, and 2 hangers. no wardrobe The room doesn't keep sound well and the smell of cigarettes can come in. Outside the room there is a drinking water dispenser on every floor. Microwave oven on the 1st floor Orange vending machine in front of the entrance Bus stop in front of the hotel 7-11 next to the hotel A delicious ice cream shop is a little further down the road. The restaurants opposite the hotel are all delicious and inexpensive.//Why are durian prohibited?😂😂

We really love the location, the halte bus is right after you walk out the hotel. The room is so clean, tidy and comfortable. We'll come back again for sure.
