Vinpearl Nam Hoi An is an ideal location for families with young children because they can enjoy VinWonders by electric buggy if staying here, and there are unlimited playtimes for one day, making it easier to manage children's schedules. The Kids Club is also lovely and offers babysitting services for parents who want to spend a couple of hours together. The rooms showed signs of wear and tear; the bed linens were a bit damp on the first day, but they improved after I requested them. Undeniably, the spacious balcony and sea view are incredibly airy. Both buffet restaurants offer similar basic breakfast options, but the Cocoon restaurant, which is closer to the pool and sea, is also busier.

- The location is a bit far from Hoi An ancient town, but you can contact the reception to book a shuttle bus at the resort to get to the ancient town. - The room is not cleaned very well, there is still a bit of dust on the table but it is understandable because there are many guests, the housekeeping department is probably a bit overloaded. - Full facilities, the minus point is that the bidet sprayer has a bit high water pressure, cannot be used... - The staff are friendly and enthusiastic, especially the receptionists and bellman. - I had the breakfast buffet at Cocoon restaurant and found a variety of dishes to choose from, the taste is acceptable.

Room 6039 had a very musty smell that kept my mother from sleeping.

The staff is not as professional as Sheraton, need to retrain to compete with your brand, the breakfast buffet is not really good but it's okay for the price!

The reception staff is okay. The room is not fragrant, it smells like an old room. Check-in time is 2pm, guests arrived at 3pm but still had not replenished water and room amenities. The room feels a bit old. Booked 2 rooms but they were not placed next to each other. The buffet restaurant is not delicious, many seafood dishes are hot but a bit cold.

Everything is very good. The room is clean, no strange smell. The breakfast is delicious but not as special as in some other Vins. The shuttle service to Hoi An and the airport is very good.

nice villa, good service, 5/5 has 1 point to improve: banning guests to cook in the villa and not providing dishes and utensils, so why advertise a villa with a kitchen? I booked the villa because I had a small baby, wanted to warm up baby food but couldn't. The hotel supports by letting the staff take the tram to get the food, heat it up and return it, it takes about 30 minutes and it's too troublesome, so in the end I have to let the baby eat in the hotel's restaurant.

My family had a great vacation here, this time it was not too crowded, good service, diverse breakfast. 10 points
