The front desk was very friendly, and there was a room boy to deliver luggage using a trolley. The room was standard size, with cool air conditioning and working hot water. The hotel is located on the roadside and very close to the airport, with free scheduled airport drop-off. Although I booked a room without breakfast because I wanted to try dinner at the restaurant, the food was delicious and the prices were very affordable.

Service and everything is okay

FRONT ONE Hotel is a favorite for business trips. The hotel is surrounded by many culinary spots, nightlife, and Indomart, and it coincides with the night market. Grab/Gojek is available for access to city attractions. A shuttle service to the airport is available. Check-in and check-out are fast, rooms are clean, and the staff is friendly and comfortable. Thank you.

The hotel staff is friendly, the service is good, but the room is not soundproof, so there are sounds of children running around and the sound of chairs being moved until midnight.

because the flight was early so I was looking for the right one near the airport, I chose Front One because there was a free shuttle to the hotel with 5 star reviews on Google. The free shuttle was very helpful. Overall, the staff were all professional and friendly, and the service was very satisfying from the staff. The food at the restaurant was also delicious, cheap, and had large portions, with lots of variations, so I didn't need to go out to find food. The restaurant was open until half past 11. The only downside was the room, it was quite small, and seemed to need maintenance. Hotel slippers were all given on the right, I booked two rooms, and there was only one bedside table in my room on the left, and my friend's room had one on the left and one on the right. The AC wasn't cold, the shower took a long time to heat up, only reaching warm, and the bathroom wasn't well maintained, with lots of stains on the bedcover.
