This recently opened hotel was very satisfactory, I lost my suitcase while taking the bus from the airport to the hotel, but the hotel helped me, ranging from calling the bus until my suitcase actually met. I really applaud the service.

Speechless!! All I can say is, this the best hotel I have stayed in my entire travelling life. The room is super clean and the receptionist is too good. We reached Krabi late night at around 1am and she waited for us patiently and treated us like how a mother would. I felt so warm with her hospitality there. I have never faced such kind soul. I wish her all the happiness on earth. and yea, do book your PHI-PHI Island tour trough this hotel as it is the cheapest I've found. 1100 bath including the national park fees.
