I love staying here, all the staff are so nice and helpful. Maybe just keep up the “cleanliness” of the room and fix the hot water, but other than that I love everything.

A bit surprised because the picture looks like a nice building, but around the pool it smells and around there it looks like there is a place to dump t*nj * so every time you pass by there it must smell and the rooms are small and the toilets are not well maintained. The only plus points are the friendliness of the staff and the strategic location 🙏🏻.

Deket dari kuta tapi sayang airnya ga keluar jadi ga bisa mandi, cuma di wastafel aja airnya keluar.

I stayed 5d4n: review (+) 1. Spacious rooms. 2. Spacious bathroom. 3. The swimming pool is okay. 4. Night shift employees who are easterners are okay. Review (-) 1. The water is small (I asked for help, help to change the shower, the water is still small) 2. The reception is male, there are people to talk to but facing the cellphone not paying attention. 3. Asked for a make-up room, it wasn't done (it wasn't cleaned even though we left the room at noon and came back early in the morning) 4. The 2nd floor was mostly empty, we were given the 3rd floor, really tired.

Saya sangat menyesal sewa kamar di sini karena saluran air kamar mandinya mampet dan mengeluarkan aroma busuk dan untuk closet duduk kotor banget dalamnya seperti enggak pernah di bersihkan dan untuk pencetan closet duduknya kadang mampet. Kapok deh engak bakal kesini lagi. 😠

The hotel is nice and complete but the shower and water are not strong enough. Hot water doesn't work.

Good service. The place is good, access to Legian and Kuta beach is close. There are bicycle facilities too. The cold rooms are spacious and clean. It's a shame the billiards are broken.

This hotel don't have commitmen with customer, I have booked rooms but when I check in that room already accupied.

The staff are friendly, all good, only the air conditioning in the room I ordered was not cold.
