Kamar nomor 204 tepat dibawah pompa/toren yang terus berbunyi seharian. pada waktu malam sangat menganggu sehingga menyulitkan kami untuk tidur. Tidak ada pemberitahuan sebelumnya mengenai hal ini dna tidak ada solusi dadi pihak hotel. Mengecewakan.

This is my second time staying here. I was quite disappointed this time. The room smelled really musty, and my wife complained of a headache. I sprayed perfume several times, but the smell wouldn't go away. I got three towels, but they were very dirty. The white towel was brownish and smelled musty too. Luckily, the check-in service was very friendly; we were escorted to our room in less than 3 minutes. The prayer room, although small, was clean and comfortable. The car was also thoroughly washed. For those looking for a hotel near Batu town square, this is probably the second closest, about 400 meters from Batu town square. Mie Gacoan is even closer, about 200 meters. If you're looking for meatballs, in the afternoon, behind the hotel there's a shop selling cheap meatballs for only 10,000 Rupiah 🤭

Friendly staff, clean and fragrant bedrooms and bathrooms, coffee and tea are provided, hot water is provided, it's easy to find food because it's close to the town square, the swimming pool is clean, there's a place to hang out too, on the rooftop you can see a beautiful view at night 👍👍

Thank you, sir Cons: - Booked two superior rooms, one on the second floor, but the AC was hot, so we didn't use it.
