The villa is good but the service is not good. From check-in there was no reception from the enigma. No one wants to serve breakfast or check-out. The room was not cleaned even though we stayed 2 nights. Really self service

the location of the entrance alley and impressed like the settlements of ordinary citizens, I was greeted by an unimpressed employee unlike a 4 star hotel / villa wearing regular clothes without uniforms. car park is very narrow because of entering the alley. and i come ready kmr blm. the enigma party thought I was checking in tomorrow. but I've confirmed a week before. rather than wait, I finally decided to go jalan2. for such a price (without breakfast) and service like that, I probably will not go back there again and not recommend to my friends. a distant location makes me kapok to come here again because the environment is not supportive. I wonder why traveloka gives 4 stars and excellent reviews from trip advisor. it was the time that I want to book a hotel in another place but given the cost I have to spend finally I just decide to stay sleep there. here is also not given a free drink of mineral water bottles like other hotels in general. disappointment piles up here. anyway that read this review, do not be fooled by the 10/10 review and its 4 star hotel. better looking for another location. believe in me! trims traveloka. another time if kmr is not ad private pool please be notified in the title of the room. example: 1 bedroom (without private pool) so we feel not deceived / not according to expectations. so many reviews of my disappointment towards this villa. we will not encounter enigma bali villas!
