Room cleanliness can be further improve. Surrounding areas was a bit unkept. But overall it was a pleasant stay.

The bedshert was dirty and smelly.

Staff difficult to pickup call staff difficult to reply whatsapp took so long to check & reply back. The staff is not friendly. Mr. Guard is the best. Mosquitoes & ants. The room is dusty. Room not clean. While no one is staying. Cube is not the same as starting to open. Please make any improvements.

Love the culvert & cabin concepts. But would to improve on providing toiletries for culvert room. It would be better if can provide a package such as horse riding, go cart, tour around maeps, & breakfast, lunch & dinner at nearest restaurant. That would be a complete package for staying in Nafas Cube.

I would highly recommend this place to everyone for a short getaway. You can hear the relaxing forest jungle insect sounds in the morning.

Bedsheet not change??? I've seen a lots of hair fall on bed? Bedsheet yellowish. And itchy once I get on bed. Terrible. Not worth it!

Everything was great, but maybe can prepare some amenities in the room like towel and coffee mix/tea

This hotel is really perfect to those who are deeply in love with natures. The price is worth the view. The room is so clean! Unfortunately no breakfast provided.

The place is okay even near the city, early in the morning can hear birds, taste like in the jungle, the x-ring is encouraged in the culvert, it's hard to shower n pray here and pray to the outside, the cabin is okay, definitely will come again;

Not suitable during MAHA event. 1. Access from gate 1 or 2 is very difficult due to need a sticker to enter with car. 2. Receptionist : no counter for check in. Need to go to cafe to check in.
