Nice spacious room and beautiful place, it's just that the hot water doesn't work and the curtains are too trawang so you can't turn on all the lights because they are very visible from the outside.

The room is really big, kept clean too.

The rooms are big, super comfortable. Very clean until the toilet is clean too. Located in the city center, can be 5 minutes walk to the Trans Mall. Then also close to McD, Burger King, Starbucks. Anyway, really fit for vacation.

The rooms are okay big but the bad WiFi connection often disconnects and is very slow, the shower for hot water doesn't work when showering in the morning. Many mosquitoes.

The entrance location is not so good (only 50 meters from the main road) but it's worth the place we are going to rent. Spacious rooms comfortable for families or solo traveling. The location of the place close to the crowds and tourist sites in the Kuta area transportation is certainly also easy. I personally have stays 3 times in a guesthouse while in Bali. Just like my 2nd home.

The staff are not friendly, not really recommended. First stay staff are not friendly. I Pakir that's the usual thing. The same time staying the same time.

Very satisfied to stay here, sorry for just one day, the receptionist and everyone who works there are friendly, the rooms are clean, like staying in a 5 star hotel. Cool. Next time definitely stay here again when you go to Bali.

Had a good 6 nights stay. I think for a guesthouse, compared with the offered price, it's pretty good deals. The room is spacious and the location is strategic (personally, rent a motorbike is a must). The bathroom is a little bit smelly but still, they keep it clean and nice all day. It would be a great place to stay if they improved the bathroom and more decoration for the room in my opinion. Shout out to all of the staffs, thank you for the services🙏

Amazing rooms service and staff.

The room and bathroom is huge. For its price, you can't ask too much. Standard bathroom amenities provided, but you better bring your own. They provide the hairdryer and 2 towels. Staff are friendly, but they aren't the professional ones. Remember, this is a guesthouse, not a hotel. The things I don't like are the bathroom smell bad and the water feels slippery. I got a room at the end of the building (number 10). There are two doors for each room, front and back doors. Though I didn't book a room with breakfast, I noticed that they only have some options and we should order it at the pantry every morning. The best thing is their location that is very strategic and not too crowded. You can ask swimming towels if you need. Overall, it's worth the money.

The service was very bad, the rooms were not cleaned and the place would be a chalet. Why this hotel is advertised, please check as advertised and promoted.

Amazing experience staying at the Hikari guest house! Excellent service, very good room, the exterior of the guesthouse is very interesting! If you go to Bali again later, I will definitely come back here again, very recommended, like real!
