Strategic location on the main road, easy to find. Parking is assisted when entering and exiting. Loud AC is uncomfortable. Shower water is not hot enough, not strong enough.

I really enjoyed staying here. It's comfortable! It's located in the city center, too. Easy access to everything. I loved it! I'll definitely be back!

The room lights were off, it felt dark and stuffy, like it hadn't been maintained. For that price, it should have been better. If you paid a little more, you'd get a better deal elsewhere.

Room cleanliness needs to be taken into consideration, as there's still trash when guests enter. The food is delicious, the staff are friendly, but apart from that, it's fine.

Hotel Delima is a top priority when staying

Can't comment much and don't expect too much.

The room was black with leeches on the walls. I wanted to take a shower but couldn't, it smelled of urine and I didn't know where the smell came from.

Dirty pillow sheets. Towels are no longer suitable for use. The room smells musty without any air freshener. The bathroom only has hot water for the first 5 hours. The AC remote control has no display. Is it worth the price of almost 500K? The sugar seems to be no longer suitable to be served because the package is torn. This month's stay at Hotel Delima was really unpleasant. Hopefully the hotel management can fix it. Hopefully it won't happen to customers who make hotel reservations via Traveloka in the future.

Hopefully it will be renovated and cleaned up. Especially the bath towels.

The hotel staff was friendly when checking in, the room was comfortable and the surrounding environment was friendly.

The first impression when entering was not good. The employees seemed to not care about the guests, the room and bathroom smelled uncomfortable. The reception was often empty, so I only stayed for 1 day and then checked out and looked for another hotel.
