Had a very nice experience during my stay here. Originally wanted to stay for only 1 night, but then made it into 2 nights. The room is spacious and enough for 4 adults. Cleanliness is maintained, the TV is already a smart TV, wifi is so-so, hot water is great. The vibe is like staying at a family home but everything's arranged. The ambiance is super chill, the atmosphere is very calm because it is in the middle of a residential area but it is also close to everywhere. I really love the balcony, it is open but also privacy is maintained because it is covered by trees, if it is open in the morning, afternoon, and evening it is also nice. You can choose to have a la carte breakfast delivered to your room or prepared in the sitting area near the lobby. Will definitely come back to try other room types, I think there are some interesting ones too

Impressed by the peaceful atmosphere of the surrounding area (slightly tucked away from the main road), the friendly staff, strong Wi-Fi, punctual check-in, and the room's ambiance, which was well-lit, cool, tidy, and clean. Likewise, the bathroom had a clear instruction manual for installing the hot water (although you had to wait patiently). Hopefully, other customers will enjoy their stay here so the meal menu can be expanded again. Loved the omelettes, fruit slices, and orange juice.

Comfortable, the design is very cozy, got a room near the stairs so my parents didn't get tired. The staff is also friendly, the hotel is also very close to the city, just a bit confusing because of the residential alleys, haha. Overall, very satisfied, might come back😍

Arriving at the inn, I was bored. Luckily, I was able to leave my luggage at the reception. When I returned, my luggage was brought to my room. The room was clean, with a soft mattress and pillows. There were a lot of mosquitoes hiding in the curtains, but luckily I brought mosquito spray, which killed them all. The AC was cold. Drinking water, bar soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, and liquid soap were provided in the bathroom. The bathroom looked rarely used; after sleeping the night before, a cockroach appeared near the toilet. The shower was dead, so I ended up using the lower tap.

The location is great, quiet and not noisy. Still in the city center, it's easy to find culinary delights around Burangrang and other parts of Riau. The breakfast provided is also quite good.

The hotel is comfortable for a family vacation. Check-in and check-out were easy, and we were very satisfied.

The hotel room was less than satisfactory. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty and had blood on them. Hotel management would like to monitor the cleanliness of the mattresses, bed sheets, and pillowcases. They requested an extra bed, but the extra bed was provided with rattan, but the rattan base was sparse, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

My two days here were quite pleasant. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was varied, and I feel like it could be improved. The room was spacious, but the bathroom was small. There was a problem with the hot water, and the staff immediately took care of it. The distance to the city center is quite close, but coming home late at night is a bit confusing. There are several roads leading to the hotel in Portal because it is located in a residential area, which is probably quiet!

The staff was friendly. We checked in a bit late, and it was close to a culinary spot. I didn't expect such a low price on a weekend, with a clean, fragrant room and a clean bathroom. It felt like being at grandma's house. I'll definitely be back.
