I'm a regular customer. Located in the city center, within walking distance to the harbor, it's easy to find lunch and dinner. Indomaret and other shops are within walking distance.

In the room app, I ordered a sea view, but when I arrived at the hotel, it turned out it wasn't a sea view.

Bathroom so small, but I don’t know if the other rooms are the same, because I had a very small bedroom in deluxe. Wi-Fi very slow, and must call the receptionist for cleaning the rooms (not scheduled from the hotels).

Slightly more expensive compared to another hotel down the road, but considering the location, it is the best you can get. Room cleanliness was okay. Breakfast was top notch. I love their tofu.

The hotel has a good location, clean rooms, and a new building. Breakfast lacks variety, and the bread runs out but isn't refilled.

For comfort yes, and the location has a sea view, unfortunately you have to climb the manual stairs. The 3rd floor is quite difficult to carry a suitcase.

The hotel is strategically located near restaurants and the port. Nice clean room but rather unsuitable for long stay due to the fact it has no closet for your clothes. Bear also in mind there is no toilet paper provided. This is considered normal in a predominantly Muslim town but for non-Muslims that might be a problem. In any case, there is a large supermarket ~2Km from the hotel called Lipo Market (or Lipo Plaza) and you can find there just about anything you might need.
