Overall, it's quite comfortable for resting, strategically located, close to shopping and culinary centers. It's accessible by foot. Just before check-in, I called the customer service to ask what amenities were provided, so I could prepare so I didn't have to bring any. They said they had a dispenser but no glasses (I brought one), Wi-Fi (it was available at the location when I asked, but it was locked), towels and doormats (not on standby, had to be requested first), toothpaste and toothbrushes were not available, but in reality, they weren't (it's okay, luckily I had prepared). There was hand soap and toilet paper, but maybe if it were complete, it would be in a different class from the one I booked, hehhehe.

Oyo's class and this price is quite cheap and worth it, but I think 7/10, because if you don't ask for amenities, this hotel won't give them, they only give towels. Oh yeah, actually this hotel is good in terms of rooms, but sometimes housekeeping doesn't clean the room very well. Next, it needs to be improved in terms of cleanliness, it's a shame that this hotel is already good but if it's not maintained for a long time, Oyo will be a small fry.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the worst part is the cleanliness of the toilet and room, the toilet has never been cleaned until the stains on the pillow are very obvious when wiping the drain, there is a lot of hair, the floor is slippery. Very unfortunate!

The bathroom was dirty, and the mattress was dirty like dust. Forgot to take a photo. The rest is okay.
