We were looking for a place to stay near the Cijalu waterfall and saw the resort as one of the nearby options. It is conveniently located within a 5-6 minute drive. The resort also offered a room for 6, which was very convenient for our family of 5. The place was clean (aside from a few spider webs that would be quite normal in natural resorts). Food portions were large, and the in-room breakfast was plenty to share. The swimming pool was large and clean. Access to the hotel was bad. The access road was very narrow and difficult to drive. No one was looking after the traffic flow, and on the way back, we were held back because 3 trucks were unloading rocks and blocking the whole road for almost an hour.

Very impressive. Because I was looking for peace from the hustle and bustle. So when I stayed here, I felt recharged because the atmosphere was calm and still natural. Even in the morning, there were long-tailed monkeys playing in the pine trees. . Because there were few guests, breakfast was delivered and the menu was so extensive that I was surprised by the variety. . Because it was far from everywhere, we ordered dinner at the hotel restaurant and asked for it to be delivered to our room. It turned out to be very affordable and the taste was delicious. The room was comfortable even without air conditioning, it was cold. It's close to Cijalu waterfall and we also rented hotel bicycles. In short, it's recommended to try staying here.

Hey traveler... Clean, natural-themed resort, great rooms, and especially the affordable prices. Plus points: Breakfast delivered to your room, with so many options...to the point of surprise... Great swimming pool...great view. Facilities: Great swimming pool Great jogging track Great fish pond Great prayer room Great parking area Great hot water The best... Perhaps the property needs a little maintenance.

Stay here for 1 night, at Superior 4 Guest (Kaswari Bungallow). Room Cleanliness is quite good, although i found some ants, in the corner of the room. Great atmosphere, don’t need Air Con, because it’s quite cool. Great Swimming Pool, suitable for Kids (60 cm & 80 cm depth) also available for adult. Breakfast are okay, with quite varied. But for Lunch or Dinner, menu need to be more varied.

I was a bit in a bad mood with the 500 meter access to the resort because the road was small and the car in front wouldn't give way.. but it was well worth it with the natural beauty and comfort of the resort.. I will definitely come back again.. and I think this is the only place that is free from traffic jams during long holidays..

The beautiful and really cool and natural atmosphere makes it comfortable for a vacation, but for those who still like to access the internet, it doesn't seem like it because there is no wifi, even the network from your own cellphone is not there, the place is really for healing from the internet, more for enjoying the natural atmosphere and mountains.

Very suitable for family vacations and seeking tranquility, also close to the waterfall which is still pristine. Very satisfied staying here, I want to stay 2-3 nights

Sorry I have to give some assessments so that in the future it can be improved: Disadvantages. 1. The electricity went out even though it was only once but maybe it could be fixed. 2. There were a lot of ants in the room. 3. The water heater only produced hot water in the afternoon, after that it never came back. It should always be available for everyone who wants to take a shower. Because for a fairly high price, things like the above should be good. Advantages: 1. Nice view and cool air. 2. Friendly staff. 3. The swimming pool is quite clean. 4. The place is hidden so it's nice to rest

Really satisfied playing here. The air is really cool, the swimming pool is quite large. The field is wide so the kids can play happily. My son even brought a tent here. The place is really beautiful. To eat at the restaurant, the price is relatively cheap. Oh yeah, from here we can play at the waterfall, the location is not too far. The road to the waterfall passes through a tea plantation. It's really fun. Next time I want to come here again with my extended family

There was no curfew. So another group played guitar and screamed until 1 am. Very disturbing.

Today I stayed alone at this resort. Previously the occupancy rate was full. But today I was the only one staying overnight. Startled. Horrified and scared too. Because I checked in at 18.00 when it was dark. But the receptionist still helped turn on all the lights. Maybe in the future the price will be lowered according to market prices so that the occupancy rate remains good & remains busy. It would be a shame if the resort had lots of comfortable rooms, but only my family and I were there.

I have stayed here twice, the atmosphere is calm and very child friendly here, the variety of lunch and dinner buffet catering is not as varied as before when I stayed the first time.

The view around the resort is very beautiful. The resort is very comfortable and the ambience is very natural. Access to the resort is also okay. Only the taste of the food needs to be improved and the restaurant lights are very dim so it is not comfortable to eat. Overall, I will definitely come back to Cijalu Resort

View resort yang pasti juara, memanjakan mata, udaranya dingin cocok untuk ngadem sejenak, cocok pula bagi yang ingin refreshing dari kebisingan dan hiruk pikuk kota. Kamar yang saya tempati agak berdebu untuk unit telpon, dan lain-lain, tolong OB-nya lebih teliti lagi saat membersihkan dan banyak semut di kamar mandi. Secara keseluruhan sudah ok. Recommended.
