Khi vào nhận phòng thì được Khách sạn xếp vào một phòng không có ban công, nội thất không giống chút nào với hình ảnh phòng đã đặt trên app. Phòng nhìn cũ, có 1 con gián chạy từ gầm tủ qua gầm giường. Vào ở được vài tiếng, quá ức chế nên phải ra khiếu nại thì Khách sạn mới thừa nhận là xếp phòng nhầm lẫn và đổi cho mình 1 phòng đúng với hình đã đăng trên mạng, mới và đẹp hơn. Khách sạn cần phải chú ý hơn nữa về pest management và quản lý phòng.

I arrived at 4 a.m. after an overnight trip from Ho Chi Minh City, and they let me in and sleep on the couch. When I woke up, there was a blanket covering me.
