Convenient location, although traffic might be a bit heavy these days. There are coin-operated washing machines and a massage parlor next to the hotel. Soi 5 has many shops to try.

The reception staff here were incredibly helpful. Because the ride-hailing app gave me the wrong location, and I'm not fluent in English or Thai, communication was very difficult. The female receptionist helped me text and call the driver to accurately describe the hotel's location. She was extremely supportive.

Although there's construction going on in the area, it wasn't too much of a problem for a solo traveler like me. The staff here are very enthusiastic and friendly. The luggage storage service is also great. If you don't have a lot of luggage and find it inconvenient to travel around, I highly recommend it.

I’ve got bedbugs during my stay, but other than that everything was good. The staff clean the room and replace my towel everyday. The hostel also got a spacious common room where you can relax or enjoy your meal. The location is also strategic, only about 5 mins walk to BTS. However, there was an ongoing construction in front of the hostel during my stay which made the pedestrian walk so narrow.

The hostel is near BTS and also near Icon Siam for shopping. The room is comfortable and clean. Ms. Bee is so friendly and supportive with our time staying there. Highly recommend!

The staff can speak english. the bedroom and bathroom very clean and comfort for me. there is elevator so dont worry if u bring a big luggage :)

I slept very well at this hotel.

The room was clean and the bed was large enough for one person. There's a common area on the second floor where you can sit and cook. The staff, K. Sue and Boat, were very welcoming.

I stayed here 8 days in a mixed dorm room as the first stop of my journey in Bangkok, Thailand. So, everything at Travelier Hostel are my grateful memories (guests, rooms, service and staff, specially Bee and Boat - they are enthusiastic people, already recommended a lot of places to go, somewhere to eat, assist anything I need). It is top 1 in my mind for accommodation in BKK, so convenient for tourists - near BTS station 400m, local market 10m. I will come back if I have the opportunity 🥰
