I'm confused as to why this hotel can get such impressive ratings. The access road is far from the main road and very uphill. The staff was indifferent when guests first arrived, when asked about early check-in, they didn't know the answer, when asked about the transfer to the port, they didn't know either. I swear it's hilarious. Don't ask about the cleanliness, the sheets are dirty, the bathroom is dirty and crusty, the room smells bad, the AC isn't cold even though I called the staff to the room, it's the same as a lie, the room facilities also need updating because the items look dull. There are many food menus in the catalog, originally only serving fried chicken and grilled chicken smeared with soy sauce without real grilled chicken seasoning, the price is also expensive for such a rich taste.

Our family's choice of hotel if we go to Bali using a private vehicle, we will definitely rest at this hotel first, the view of the island of Bali and the ferry that can be seen from the room is refreshing for the eyes... just for the towels and bathroom, please pay more attention.

A budget hotel with a beautiful view. You can see the Bali Strait and the sunrise from the top of the hill. Initially, I got a room without a window facing the outside, but luckily I was able to move to a room with a window so I could see the view outside. But unfortunately, there are a lot of monkeys/maces. So relaxing in the restaurant is not peaceful, and the road to the hotel is steep.

actually the location is very close to Ketapang harbor.. but access is a bit difficult because the road is very steep.. the suite room is quite good because it has 2 queen size beds.. only the bathroom is very gloomy because the lights are not bright so it looks spooky.. hopefully it can be an input to immediately replace the bathroom lights with brighter ones.. the sink is also very old.. but for me who only stayed one night.. it's not bad..

A decent place to stay for what we paid. What I found odd was that we had to show some form of identification, either a national ID card or a driver's license, at reception throughout our stay until we checked out. But the receptionist kindly explained it, thank you.

I loved my stay at the Three B Hotel. Their staff, Rhendy, was incredibly helpful and pleasant. And I absolutely fell in love with the view of Bali Bay from the restaurant. You can bring a good book, sit at their rooftop cafe, and voila, simple pleasure.

We stayed in Villa 3B for one night. It was as clean as it looks, with a direct sunrise view, and right in front of Ketapang Harbor. The staff, Rhendy, was very friendly, helpful, and always ready to meet our needs during our stay. Every time I go to BWI, I always stay at this hotel. The stunning views make me want to return.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in Java. The room was amazing! The staff, Rhendy, was also very friendly! They even have a bathtub! It's clean, with a great view! Try the food! Mas Rhendy, the staff is super friendly & very fast. Just a little drink - From the highway to the hotel, the climb is very extreme - When there, there was a TV problem, 1 didn't work. - The room's AC was problematic, it wasn't cold enough, apart from that, everything was okay - Amazing View - Super kind staff - Spacious & Clean Room - Clean bathroom - Food at the cafe is delicious, not a dud - Top, it's okay, thank you ❤️

Because the room I booked was still occupied, there was an additional Deluxe, if you want to go here you have to know the shuttle driver, Grab or Gojek are rare, to get here the road is uphill, the view is very nice, but unfortunately the cleanliness is not well taken care of.
